The BMW M50 is a family of gasoline-powered internal combustion engines produced by BMW from 1989 to 1995.
Six-cylinder in-line twin cam architecture; electronic fuel injection; DOHC valve train with 4 valves per cylinder.
The maximum power output of this engine was 150 hp at 5,900 rpm, while maximum torque is 190 Nm at 4,700 rpm.
This engine was used starting in 1990; and was fitted to: BMW 320i E36 (1991-95) and BMW 520i E34 (1990-92).
